These templates form an overview of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and may include additional information relevant to health and safety but not necessarily covered by the Act.

As the PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking), you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to manage your own compliance with applicable health and safety laws and regulations (including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015). Simply downloading, completing, or otherwise using the oshdox templates will not guarantee your compliance with any health and safety laws.

While reasonable care has been taken in the preparation of the oshdox templates, we do not promise, warrant, guarantee, or represent that these documents are complete, current, accurate, or free from errors, or that they cover or address all matters required to ensure compliance with health and safety laws. oshdox (a division of OSHbox Limited) will not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of our downloadable templates.
